Getting back in shape from the LockdownI noticed my legs and back getting weak from inactivity working from home during the Lockdown . It was too cold to walk outside for the first 2 months and I really needed to find a way to keep my legs and core strong. I saw the 60uP advertisements and since I used to work in Physical Rehab for many years, I knew how important balance exercises are, no matter what your age. I splurged on this balance device because it looked to be well-constructed, sturdy and has a DVD and YouTube video exercise instructions. They also have exercise sessions on FaceBook Live about 3 days per week as an added bonus. I m glad I bought this device, it has really helped strengthen my legs and core. Now that I can get outside and walk around, I can tell it really helped. The exercises are fun and effective and don t take a really long time to complete you can spend more time if you like . The developer is a personal trainer for pro soccer players and I can imagine that this device would be great training for athletes of all kinds. I think if you bought this and spent the time with it every day, you would see that it is really helpful, no matter your age or condition. I highly recommend it
