Multiple Use ObjectI have scoliosis. I have degenerative disc disease. My back aches in the absence of constant support to my spine. Before I travelled to E. Europe in 2016, I had, for about 6 years, a custom chair. Price was , . That had built in padding designed to match my x-rays. I don t know where that chair is now. I now have a chair from Amazon.com, which I assembled myself. It has some of the same features neck rest and lumbar support but in the wrong places for me. I find that using these rolls as a chiropractor would by placing them behind my lower back between my spine and the cheapo chair back solves my pain problem for long periods of time and it is in a way better than the custom chair because it forces me to move more. I also use the inversion table twice a day now for at least 5 full minutes timed on a stopwatch, that helps. Grounding also is helping, the mat, clips, heel garment, socks, gloves and hat when I do computer work. All these things reduced my need for any kind of man made drug to deal with chronic severe back pain. It is still difficult for me to stand or walk unaided but hopefully that too will return with time and patience. Neurologist had no explanation.
