Nice stability ballI have had this stability ball for a few weeks now and must say I love it. The pump was not as friendly as I would like however the ball itself it great. It took quite a long time to blow it up and I ended up having my husband do it. I have a bad back so this ball I use as a chair for my office. I also use it for stretches that really help me feel better. I highly recommend a good stability ball if you have chronic back pain such as bulging discs or spinal stenosis. This helps we decompress the discs. It can also be used for Yoga and other activities.
