CanDo 10-1765 Exercise Ball

The Multi-Axial Positioning MVP balance system is an all-in-one balance tool. Use it as both a rocker and a wobble board.

With this system there are 5 different color-coded instability balls and 4 different non-skid platforms available to choose from. The platform stability can be easily altered by changing out the size of the ball or the size of the board creating various difficulty levels.

The MVP balance system is perfect for balance, coordination, ankle and knee strengthening and rehabilitation, ankle range-of-motion and flexibility, core stability, improved posture, and proprioceptive training.

The balance boards and instability balls are sold individually and in a set with three circular boards and 10 balls.

Insert 1 ball into the center position of the board to use as a wobble board. Place the ball off center to aid in range-of-motion and stretching activities. Insert 2 balls on opposing side positions to use the as a rocker board.

The smaller instability balls offer the least instability and the larger instability balls offer the greatest instability. Loop a piece CanDo tubing through the board to perform more dynamic exercises.

The smaller instability balls offer the least instability and the larger instability balls offer the greatest instability. Larger platforms can limit the instability. Three of the sizes were actual name brand with good quality. The size 1 and size 2 were knock offs that came in different boxes and are poor quality. This especially is noticeable because I later bought an extra size 2 to use both for a tilt board and the 2nd one came name brand and much better quality. So now I have two size 2 to use together that are different from each other.
