I work at a therapy clinic so I ve used this type of bosu ball at work but this one is BETTER because it has a small metal bar on each side you can clip resistance bands to. The ball comes with to 30lb resistance bands we the handles and 2 36lb resistance bands. You can also buy the resistance bands sets that are stackable to further challenge your muscles with higher resistance. There are a lot of exercises you can do with this, some of them are included in the instruction manual.
