MClancy: Nice combination of strength exercise, cardio, even yoga

Saw one of these 4 dice at my children s dojo. My son will roll it and do the drills for hours of I let him. Hardcore cardio and strength training. We bought this set for a Christmas present so kids haven t seen all four of these yet but I know our son is gonna love them and my daughter has been waking up on Saturday and Sunday mornings and following Namaste Yoga on my cable network so the yoga die will be a big hit as well when they receive them. Can t wait to give them to the kids. They re foam decagons and unless your dog eats them they should hold up just fine.
