Carol: Love this balance board

I used this balance board at physical therapy and decided to buy one. It is helpful that exercise suggestions are right on the board and also there are more exercises printed on a cardboard inside the package. While standing on the exercise board you can move from back to front, side to side and all around. You can use if for push ups, ankle exercises while sitting on a chair and exercise while sitting directly on it. It works very well as expected
