Isa V-J: Foot roller refrigerated before use immediate relief

After a number of foot surgeries, I endure severe swelling and intense pain after walking short distances and a increment period of time. Before I found this foot roller on Amazon I was using ice packs, rolling a tennis ball beneath my foot, doing foot massages, doing all of my PT exercises stretches and using a heating pad. I still use all of the above but using my foot roller after it has been refrigerated for at least an hour I get fabulous relief. This is another tool in my pain alleviating tool box. This is a fantastic implement for alleviating throbbing pains and sharp spasms. I wished I had found this roller years ago.
