You can feel you back re-align and pop like when you go to the chiropractorHusband and I use the 24 and 18 rollers as a pair for back pain. Place them both on the floor with the blue roller towards top-middle part of your back and red roller towards bottom-middle, support neck with hands folded behind head, knees bent, feet flat on floor and roll up towards your head and down towards your butt. You can feel you back re-align and pop like when you go to the chiropractor. My husband loves it. He used to complain every day about his back hurting. His pain is gone and he can t believe how much better he sleeps at night. Such a simple object...but really effective. Recommended to us by my Dad who heard about it from his Dr. Wish we had found it years ago. Highly recommend.
