My only complaint with this ball is that it did not come with it s own pump. It took me a while to figure out how to blow it up in our office, but once I did I haven t stopped sitting on it. It s very big and it accommodates my long legs nicely. I am looking down at my computer screen a little more but my hands are perfectly aligned with my keyboard.
