Huge funI m a fit 65. As we get older balance goes earlier than other neurological functions. I wanted to offset that with balance exercises while having a lot of fun. Indo Board fits the bill. It took a few days of 10 minutes per day to get up and stay up on it without having to hang on to the sofa back or the kitchen counter. What seemed impossible at first, after a few weeks is easy. It s quite strenuous for me at each session since I want to maximize the fun, so each session doesn t last long. Someday a pig-dog stance.
