Too hard and actually painful to use for meLet me preface by saying that if what you re looking for is a very HARD foam roller, then this should be great for you. The problem is that that it s not just high density, it effectively has NO GIVE. No padding at all. The texture also makes it easily slip from under you. It is a good width for using on your back, but it s just too hard for me. I had much better luck with the following softer, but still firm enough to provide support and roll properly
