Great workoutThe balance board is great My eight year old son was wobbly on it at first but he quickly learned to balance. After one week of playing on the balance board he can hold longer manuals on his skateboard. I like to hold a 10lb medicine ball while standing on it for a nice core workout. It s very versatile and what I like best is it s the only board we can play with in the house.
