Lower leg flexibility was always something I had to work a lot harder for and was always a part of my physical therapy programs for my patellar tendonitis during college volleyball. I love this board. I use it while I stand at my desk or watch TV or after working out and it makes it a lot easier to stretch my calves comfortably. The grip surface is great for shoes or bare feet and the different adjustable settings have a lot of range. I think I ll be able to use it for a long time before the hardest setting isn t enough any more.
