Hbowers: Perfect for weightlifting and overhead squats

I purchased these for my olympic lifting at the gym. I do crossfit, but I didn t want any crosstraining weightlifting shoes, I only wanted these specifically for weightlifting. I have used them for 3 sessions now and they are solid. My snatch and clean and jerk improved greatly 15 lbs. on the snatch, and 20 lbs. on the overhead squat, 10 lbs. on the jerk. They took some getting used to because I normally wear minimalist shoes for everything, but I m glad I finally pulled the trigger and bought these after many hours of researching. I bought a half size down from my average size 8- and they fit snug and my feet don t move. I m still breaking them in so I knew it would take some time, but my feet do get sore after about 2 hours an entire class time . I do have bunions so that s really the only uncomfortable part and I bought this brand because the toe box is wider than other shoes.
