Wonder RollI was going to physical therapy and my therapist had me use the foam roll on site. After I purchased this for my every-day use my back recovered far more quickly than I had experienced in the prior weeks. Although the foam roll at the therapist seems to be a better quality, this is a very good roll especially for the price. I am very happy with it. Also, amazon was great with the shipping. I had forgotten to update my new address in the system when I ordered this so they canceled that shipment and sent a new one with free over night delivery to my new address.
