Katie W.: Great cushioning for a trainer

Most cross trainers I tried did not have much cushion and or much support since that tends to be in running shoes more and gym shoes are usually flatter, but these had nice cushioning in the heel which I needed. I have plantar fasciitis and my heel hurts every day, so a trainer that treats my feet gently is important and these are great. I had to size up. I m usually 9 1 2 in athletic shoes including another pair of Pumas I already own but I had to get these in 10 and they are great.
