Customer reviewsWell-cushioned, cross-training shoes
I bought these shoes for cross-training workouts, particularly those with high impact moves. The first thing I noticed when I put them on is that they have a cushiony insole. It feels particularly soft on the foot which is nice. Also, I have a high arch so the extra cushion in the insole provides some support for my arch that I don t find in many shoes. The tongue of the shoe is padded as well so your feet are fully surrounded The shoes are reasonably lightweight and so far, have worked well for the type of workouts for which I purchased them.
