The best at home massage, because it s always thereThe quality of this foam roller is amazing. I have tried a lot as I am a marathoner. I love this for my it band, my neck, my feet. This provides instant relief. I noticed that with other foam rollers it feels like the pain never goes away, but with this foam roller because of the vibration you feel the pain easing faster.
