SAVE THE MONEY ON THE BOSU GET THIS ONE 4 SURE. I WAS TORN TOO, BUT... READSo far, this has proven just as good as the BOSU ball in my gym I see no difference in quality you get the extra straps for free to put on the sides for a total body workout. My 7 year olds even use it to practice their gymnastics skills on too. I got it nearly 1 2 off the BOSU after much thinking. I was nervous at 1st, but am happy now.
