I have several Stack 52 decks of cards that I regularly use to enhance my daily strength circuits. I also have a swiss ball that has been sitting in a corner of my garage gym for years. Periodically, I use the it for dumbbell benching and crunches, but I have never gotten too creative with the thing. Knowing that the swiss ball is a valuable tool for stability, I purchased this deck of cards to force me to use it more. So far so good...I have been incorporating new exercises into my routines and some are extremely challenging like jumping jack pushups w my feet on the ball . As an athlete in my 40s, I have found that variety is the key to staying strong and injury free. I believe that my body will thank me for incorporating more swiss ball exercises into my workouts.
