Assembly of this unit was simple. There is a wrench tool included to tighten the bolts. This unit is kind of heavy, which is great because if it were too light, it would slide around too easily. I spend so much time in front of the computer that it had affected my health because I wasn t getting any exercise in. With this device, there is no excuse.
