Replaced my ChiropractorThe roller is very firm which is exactly what I wanted. I ve had lower back issues that end up throwing my middle a d upper back out of alignment. I ve found myself having to go to my chiropractor more and more frequently, and find that while I get relief, the adjustment just doesn t hold and then I am back at the chiropractor again the next week also. Get s expensive and it ultimately hasn t fixed my back long term. I started using this roller up and down my spine and honestly get more relief and also more permanent relief than I do at the chiropractor. I actually feel like my back is getting better. It feels better than it has in years I ve started using the roller on my hamstrings also as they are very tight. Again, this roller is VERY firm...hurts a little the first few times used, but you get used to it and the relief you will get will be so worth it. One of the best products that I have purchased on Amazon
