Excellent balance board trainer for kids and some adultsI first got one of these for myself. I am an out-of-shape women in middle age. I love it Trying to stay on as long as possible is its own reward. I use it every day, several times a day. My balance has definitely improved and in the process, my leg and core muscles get daily workouts.
