There was a comedy of errors purchasing this machine. It was marked as delivered but I didn t have it and checking where it was delivered, it went somewhere in Wisconsin -- problematic as I m in Texas. I contacted the seller and they said they d take care of it and they did. Unfortunately, I d purchased a different step machine by that time and I ended up with two different machines as a result. Then, the machine arrived, but the counter did not work, and when I contacted the seller again wondering if I could get a replacement counter separately, there were some language barriers and requests for photos which was a pain --
